In 30 minutes, we run through the core behavioral questions banks always ask (“Walk me through your resume,” “Why 'Insert Job area'?”, strengths/weaknesses, leadership & conflict stories, failure, adaptability, etc.) using structured prompts. For each answer you give, I give precise feedback—timing, clarity, banking-appropriate tone, and how to sound confident without sounding rehearsed.

• How to structure every answer using bulletproof frameworks (STAR, 3-Part Rationale, etc.)

• How to incorporate real experiences + models + projects in ways bankers love

**2. 30-Minute Technical Mock Interview

Understand the “why,” not just the answers

This session is focused entirely on Banking technical mastery and done the right way: understanding, not memorizing. Using curated questions from technical interviews my clients, as well as myelf, have been asked. We cover accounting, valuation, DCF, comps, M&A, LBO concepts, and the follow-ups bankers ask when they want to test if you actually know your stuff.

What you get in 30 minutes:

• A fast-paced, realistic technical drill using real technical questions

• Clear explanations of why each answer matters and where candidates usually get tripped up

This is a full, realistic Superday run-through designed to test your ability to think, speak, and adapt under pressure. We combine behaviorals, technicals, brain teasers, deal discussions, and personal questions. The exact mix you’ll get from analysts, associates, and VPs on a real Superday.

You’ll practice:

• Telling your story and answering fit questions with perfect timing

• Technical questions across accounting, valuation, and M&A

• Brainteasers and logic questions to test composure

• “Hobbies,” personality, and culture-fit questions

• Walking through deals, companies, or experiences

• Keeping a natural, confident conversation flow under time pressure

After the mock, you receive thorough feedback on:

Resume Review (Banking focus)
